The Board aimed to transform the lobby into a more inviting, colorful, and visually engaging space. Given the lobby’s generous scale, the goal was to create an atmosphere that feels both upscale and artistic. Thoughtfully arranged seating areas now encourage residents to truly use and enjoy the space, whether they’re waiting for a cab, greeting guests, or savoring a morning coffee while overlooking the building’s gardens.
